Returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bundle Factory. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return requirements
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The holographic or other adhesive security seal on the product must be intact and unbroken.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- Shipping fees are only refundable if the return is due to an error we made.
Return process
- Contact our customer service team at support@bundlefactory.com to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number or return label.
- Include the RA number on the outside of your return package and ship it to:
      Bundle Factory, LLC Returns, PO Box 23287, Columbia, SC 29224
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within five business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify that you would like an exchange. We will ship your replacement item once the original item has been received and inspected.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a shipping-damaged product and the security seal remains intact, please get in touch with our customer service team at support@bundlefactory.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Under no circumstances clause
Under no circumstances will returns or refunds be accepted for the following reasons:
- Late delivery due to shipping provider scheduling and delays
- Products that are "no longer needed"
- Buyer's remorse
Additionally:
- A return shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all returns and must be paid in advance of the return label being issued.
- There are no exceptions to these policies.
