Shipping Policy

At Bundle Factory, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly. Unless specified as pre-order items, all orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase, six days a week (Monday through Saturday), subject to Saturday shipping availability.

Shipping options and rates

For orders between $0.01 and $148.99, we offer three shipping options:

• Economy Shipping: $9.99 (3-5 business days)
• Standard Shipping: $14.99 (2-3 business days)
• Express Shipping: $20.99 (1-2 business days)
• International: $24.99 (Varies, 2-3 business days)

Please note that the estimated delivery times are based on the shipping date and do not include the order processing time. Bundle Factory is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $149.00. This applies to Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada.

International shipping

Currently, Bundle Factory ships within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. We also ship to Canada using an Express-level service. Canadian delivery times vary but average 2-3 business days.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package through the carrier's website.
